Columbia Gulf Transmission Company (Transporter) is a natural gas transmission company that owns and operates a natural gas transmission system extending from offshore Louisiana, and extending through Mississippi and Tennessee to northeast Kentucky. Its existing operations consist of the transportation of natural gas in interstate commerce from Louisiana and the Gulf of Mexico, to various delivery points under authorization granted by and subject to the jurisdiction of the Federal Energy.
