Tuscarora Gas Transmission Company (referred to in this Tariff as "Transporter") is a partnership engaged in the business of transporting natural gas in interstate commerce under authorization granted by, and subject to the jurisdiction of, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. Transporter operates a pipeline system extending in a southeasterly direction from a point of interconnection with the facilities of Gas Transmission Northwest Corporation near Malin, Oregon, to a terminus near Wadsworth, Nevada, where Transporter interconnects with Paiute Pipeline Company.
