Williston Basin Interstate Pipeline Company ("Williston Basin") is a natural gas company engaged in the business of gathering, storing, transporting, and selling natural gas in interstate commerce in the states of Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wyoming, subject to the provisions of the Natural Gas Act and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's Regulations thereunder. The Company gathers, stores and transports natural gas for the following parties including, but not limited to, local distribution utilities, other interstate natural gas pipeline companies, natural gas marketers, producers, end users.

The Williston Basin Pipeline System operates in the United States in different states as follows:

From Wyoming Through Montana

To North Dakota To South Dakota

In 2008 the Williston Basin Pipeline System receives gas from various interconnections and receipt points in the State of Wyoming, those points include Landeck Plant and Other Wyoming Plants.

Some of the largest delivery points for Williston Basin in 2008 include Northern Border-Manning and Northern Border-Glen Ullin, located primarily in theState of North Dakota.
