This Second Revised Tariff Volume No. 2 applies to transportation ofnatural gas performed by Wyoming Interstate Company, Ltd. (Transporter), towhich the provisions of Section 284.7 of the Regulations of the FederalEnergy Regulatory Commission ("FERC" or "Commission") are applicable. Transportation Service under this Tariff will be offered to all Partiesrequesting service hereunder on a basis which does not violate the FERCstandards of undue discrimination. This Tariff shall also apply to any otherTransportation Service on behalf of others as to which all or portions ofsuch Tariff are made applicable by order of the FERC pursuant toapplications filed by Transporter.
