Exchange Policy
Rextag Strategies Responsibilities:
1)????? In an effort to achieve customer satisfaction, Rextag Strategies takes full responsibility for replacing all merchandise damaged by our shipping agency (UPS) while in route to its destination.
2)????? Our responsibility extends in promptly replacing the damaged articles to the customers at no cost, including shipping, to the customer.
3)????? Rextag Strategies will file all paperwork related with the damage merchandise claim with UPS, freeing the customer from any hassle.
4)????? Rextag Strategies will immediately replace all damaged merchandise, and replacement will not be subjected to UPS’ decision on filed claim.
Rextag Strategies Ask from the Customers:
5)????? We do ask that customers call us immediately after receiving a damaged article at (619) 564-7313 so that we can initiate contact with our shipping agency.
6)????? We also ask customers to keep the damaged merchandise until (a) UPS contacts customer to schedule a merchandise inspection; or (b) UPS informs Rextag Strategies that no inspection will be necessary, in which case Rextag Strategies will contact the customer to inform on the decision.

Return Policy
1)????? All return requests must be made within five (5) business days from the date the customer receive the merchandise (from the day when customer signed for package delivery).
2)????? All merchandise presented for return, including discounted items, is subject to inspection to ensure sellable condition; such condition can only be determined and decided on by Rextag Strategies upon receipt of the returned items.
3)????? Rextag Strategies is not responsible for any damage returned items undergo while in transit back to our offices.
4)????? All returned purchases must be accompanied by a print-out of the original e-mailed invoice, when purchased on-line, or the original invoice included in the box, when purchased via telephone or if paid by check via USPS.
5)????? The purchase price will be refunded in the medium of purchase (credit card or check).?
6)????? All refunds will be processed only if adequate sellable condition is met as described in item (2) above.
7)????? All refunds will be subject to the amount of time the credit card company takes to issue the refund or the time it takes for the USPS to deliver any refund checks issued by our office.
8)????? No shipping fees will be refunded; additionally, customer is responsible for all shipping fees.
